The TAF Summer Conference has been a great value for families. The camp includes a full week of insightful workshops and fun activities as well as meals, snacks, furnished housing, a t-shirt, and a yearbook. Most of all, campers take home fond memories to last a lifetime.

Parents Weekend Program

Safety is TAF’s top priority and to help support this priority, all parents who wish to attend TAF’s Parents Program must be registered. Name tags will be issued to all registered parents to identify who is authorized to be with the camp. Parents who choose to stay and eat off campus will also need to be registered.

Transportation

Driving Your Child to TAF

For parents who are driving their child to TAF, please plan on arriving between 1pm and 4:30pm ET on Sunday.

The address to Manchester University is 604 E College, North Manchester, IN 46962. When you arrive, you will see signs directing you to registration for each program. Each program is housed in a separate building so please use the campus map to check in to the appropriate residence hall.

Bus Information

TAF organizes buses to transport campers to the summer conference on Sunday, July 28, 2024. Buses will be open for check-in 30-60 minutes prior to departure.

Buses originate from one of three cities: Chicago, Detroit-area, and St. Louis. The fee for the Chicago and Detroit buses is $90 per person, and the fee for the St. Louis bus is $125 per person.

Buses will NOT be making stops between the scheduled stops. Bathrooms are on board and passengers should either eat beforehand or bring a lunch or snacks/drinks.

Seats are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis so please reserve early!

Fort Wayne Airport Shuttle

Van shuttles are also available to transport campers flying in or out of Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA). The fee is $150 per person for round trip shuttle service to/from FWA or $75 for one way.

Flights into FWA should arrive before 4pm ET on Sunday, July 28. Flights departing from FWA should leave before 2pm ET on August 4. Please email flight information to operations@tafworld.org by June 30, 2024.

Financial Aid

Families who need financial assistance with registration costs may apply for financial aid. Please note that aid is limited and is offered on a first come, first served basis. Attendees will still need to pay for the full amount of the conference during registration. If approved, a reimbursement will be processed prior to the start of TAF. For any questions regarding financial aid, please email the Executive Director at ed@tafworld.org.


Cancellation Policy

TAF 2024: If your child is sent home early due to medical or COVID-19 related reasons, you will be eligible for a refund.


If you need to cancel your registration, please email hello@tafworld.org to request a refund. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be received by 23:59PM PT on June 1, 2024. If cancellation requests are made after the June 1, 2024 deadline, a partial refund will be issued, up to June 15, 2024. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the end of the TAF summer conference to receive your refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after June 15, 2024, unless in the event of medical-related concerns. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness or misconduct.
