TAF 2024 registration opens on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 11AM Eastern / 10AM Central / 8AM Pacific at our registration page. Registered families can expect to receive follow-up information in an Orientation Packet.

All attendees, regardless of age, are highly recommended to be fully up-to-date with COVID vaccines. Any households that have not been fully vaccinated by the week of TAF are encouraged to plan for appropriate precautions, potentially including quarantine or testing measures.

TAF 2024 Registration Requirements

Payment at Registration: Your registration will not be considered complete until after payment is submitted, meaning your spot in a program will not be guaranteed before payment. If a program reaches capacity before payment is submitted, your camper will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

Early dismissal: In the event that your child needs to be sent home early for any reason, you will be immediately notified and expected to pick up your child as soon as possible. Parents/guardians should be prepared to make arrangements in advance. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness or misconduct. If your child is sent home early due to medical reasons, you will be eligible for a refund.

Camper Capacity and Waitlist

In order to provide TAFers with a fun camp experience that meets our standards of safety and quality programming, all programs will implement a camper capacity limit. Programs will fill up quickly so we highly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure a spot. Once a program reaches capacity, registrants will be placed on a waitlist, as there will likely be a handful of remaining spots open. Please know that a waitlist is the last thing we want and we wish we had the resources to accept everyone. Waitlisted campers will be selected to ensure camper balance within programs. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified whether you come off the waitlist by Friday, May 31 and payment will be due Saturday, June 1. In the event of cancellations, additional campers may be accepted from the waitlist on a rolling basis, until June 15. More information about our waitlist policy can be found in our Waitlist FAQ.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please email to request a refund. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be received by 23:59PM PT on June 1, 2024. If cancellation requests are made after the June 1, 2024 deadline, a partial refund will be issued, up to June 15, 2024. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the end of the TAF summer conference to receive your refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after June 15, 2024.
