Our counselors, advisors, and staff are an essential part of making TAF possible every year. We invite you to volunteer with us and help ensure that our campers have a fun, rewarding, and engaging experience at TAF.
Summer Conference Counselor
Counselors play a critical role in ensuring that our campers have a fun, rewarding, and engaging experience at TAF. Together with a co-Counselor/Advisor, Counselors lead a small group – facilitating discussions and fostering deeper relationships among campers. Along with the rest of TAF Staff, counselors are part of a passionate and energetic team dedicated to serving the next generation of Taiwanese American leaders.

Coordinators
Campers interested in helping out the Youth program have an opportunity to volunteer as a Youth Coordinator. A Coordinator is a leadership-based role designed for Youth campers who want to become more active within the TAF community. These campers will still partake in all the fun activities of the Youth program, as well as working alongside the Youth staff to provide an amazing experience for the camp. Coordinating roles are available for:
- Hospitality
- Choir
- Social Media
- Swing Choir
- TAF Night
- Yearbook
The position provides an opportunity for campers to give back to the community, foster personal growth, and develop key skills such as: project management, communication, time management, etc. For any questions, please email cocos@tafworld.org.
