TAF 2010 BUS INFORMATION

General Bus Information

Please see the specific bus information below and please note the following:

  • Buses will NOT be making stops in between the scheduled stops, but there is a bathroom on board.
  • Passengers should come prepared with a lunch or eat beforehand with snacks/drinks.
  • These are one-way buses only. Campers will need to arrange their own transportation back home after TAF on Sunday, August 1.

    Chicago Bus
    Stop 1 (only one stop in Chicago): 12:30pm @ Oakbrook Mall
    Macy’s parking lot
    Oakbrook, IL


    Estimated Arrival at TAF: 3:30pm CST (4:30pm EST - Manchester College time zone)



    Detroit Bus
    Stop 1: 12:00pm @ Somerset Mall
    Parking lot across the street from Somerset South at Big Beaver and Coolidge and just south of Ocean Prime Restaurant.

    Stop 2: 1pm @ Briarwood Mall, Ann Arbor
    Bus stop between Macys and Sears
    Ann Arbor, MI

    Frequently Asked Questions


    Is it too late to sign up for a bus?
    Please email us as soon as possible at tafhelp@tafworld.org if you did not sign up for a bus when you registered. We do need as much advance notice as possible to make sure the bus has enough seats to fit everyone who needs a ride.


    How much is the bus?
    It is an additional $40 per person. If you haven't already paid for your bus, please bring a check payable to "Taiwanese American Foundation" and present it to our staff when you arrive and check-in at TAF.
